Keeping simple lines with soothing colours in non-intrusive spaces was the key to bring this stark commercial shell to provide the warm spaces that we perceived. Highlights popped in to get a little playful.

A steel-framed roof deck takes what the desks can't hold — long tables, fans and hanging lamps, open to the skyline for the end of the day.
